Andrea bellucci graduated in July 2009 from the Faculty of Architecture of Ascoli Piceno (lecturer: arch. Massimo Perriccioli).

In September 2011 he qualified for the profession of Architect at the Faculty of Architecture of Ascoli Piceno and enrolled in the Order of Architects of the Province of Ancona starting the activity of freelance dealing mainly with issues related to residence, with particular attention to the design and construction of living spaces designed in a tailored manner.

From the idea to the realization, taking advantage of the collaboration of specialized professionals, craft enterprises and performing the role of director to better satisfy the needs of the client. His projects are developed starting from a careful analysis of the needs of the client, which are then translated into forms and functional spaces enhanced through the study of details, lighting and materials, until you reach an ideal atmosphere tailored for those who will live that space.

There are several projects and realizations for exclusive residences both in Italy (Ancona) and abroad (Saint Petersburg, Ho-Chi Minh), as well as interventions in the receptive and commercial field.

2012 Private house-Italy

2014 “Vestalia” – Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Layout concept, 3d models and rendering, contact with companies for budget and supply for“Vestalia” in Diamond Island.

2015/2016 Private Villa-Italy
Interior design, development of 3d models and rendering, detailed drawings for the production of furniture, water and electrical systems. Contact and management of supply companies. Direction of works for the part in question.

2017 Private Chalet-Kuwait
Interior design, rendering and management of companies for budget and supply.

Villa Villaggio pietrabianca
On two levels and on a land of about one hectare, has a large open space on the ground floor, which through large windows, opens towards the outdoor equipped area designed as a place of relationship and emphasizing the desired and constant relationship between indoor and outdoor space.
At the center dominates a staircase that connects the living and sleeping area and leads to a terrace that also serves as a panoramic viewpoint.
Detached from the house, in a single block, an annex for guests with outdoor space and a swimming pool, dedicated to relaxation.

Villa Saint Saint Saint

A new charm of nature, a new light, with a lot of light, with a taste and give them their daily life..
The aim of the project is to create two areas: a raised area, dedicated to the area of the area, which welcomes and invites people to a raised area, dedicated to the area of the area, and a raised area dedicated to the area. The aim of the proposal is the composition of an eclectic and functional space, able to satisfy the needs of those who live the house but at the same time of those who visit it, emphasizing the particularity of the details.

The light marble defines all the floors of the house, except for the sleeping area that is distinguished with the use of a parquet oak planks, while the vertical surfaces are characterized by boiserie and custom furniture that embellish the entire environment.
